Since all our jewelry is handmade, please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Singapore)
• Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping (Outside Singapore)
• Standard International: 1-2 weeks (varies by destination)

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Orders & Customs
We ship worldwide! However, please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please check your tracking information first. If you need assistance, contact us, and we will do our best to help. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
