2. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Most of our pieces are hypoallergenic, especially those made with 925 silver and 18K or 14K-plated gold. Resin jewelry itself is typically hypoallergenic, as high-quality resin is non-toxic and does not contain common allergens like nickel. If you have specific metal sensitivities, feel free to contact us for details on a particular piece.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since our jewelry is handmade, please allow 1-3 business days for production before shipping. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

4. How do I care for my jewelry?
• Metal Jewelry: Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not in use, and gently clean it with a soft cloth.
• Resin Jewelry: Keep away from prolonged sunlight exposure and extreme heat, as this can cause yellowing or warping. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth—avoid using alcohol or harsh cleaners.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. However, for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. See our [Return Policy] for more details.

7. What if my jewelry breaks?
We stand by the quality of our work, but if your piece breaks due to a craftsmanship issue, contact us within 3 days, and we’ll be happy to repair or replace it. Please note that resin jewelry should be handled with care to prevent cracking or chipping.
